With the acquisition of Greek packaging specialist Paperpack, we are strengthening our presence in Southeast Europe and expanding our European network for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Since November 2025, Nicolas Buchta has been responsible for Sales, Marketing, Packaging Development and Customer Service at Faller Packaging as Chief Commercial Officer.

This allows us to bring our customer-facing areas even closer together and align our organisation even more strongly with strategic partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry.

With regard to the increasing requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation 2025/40 (PPWR), we, together with Harvest Packaging, offer a future-proof alternative to plastic trays for the pharmaceutical and MedTech industries.

From now on, we not only supply pre-configured packaging, but also take on key steps in secondary packaging on request – from Clinical Trial Phase 3 through to series production.

The Imker Group has joined the Faller Packaging Group as an additional shareholder.

The completion of the transaction remains subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
