Our Waldkirch site has been awarded the Mobility Seal for the second time. The certificate is issued by Freiburger Verkehrs AG on behalf of the City of Freiburg and the districts of Emmendingen and Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald. The 2024 ceremony took place on 20 November, where our Sustainability Manager, Leo Hoffmann, accepted the award on our behalf.

The Mobility Seal recognizes companies that actively promote climate-friendly mobility. The evaluation covers measures in three categories: marketing and communication, organisational culture and infrastructure. The goal is to encourage sustainable commuting, reduce emissions and make environmentally friendly transport options more visible.

Our Waldkirch site achieved level 3 out of 5. Positive contributions included our bicycle parking facilities, the public transport timetable available on the intranet and our updated company car policy that supports e-mobility. The award motivates us to further strengthen our initiatives and continue driving sustainable mobility across our organisation.
