Together with Harvest, we are bringing sustainable molded fiber trays into industrial use
The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation 2025/40 (PPWR) is forcing the industry to raise its standards. Together with Harvest Packaging, we offer a future-proof alternative to plastic trays for the pharmaceutical and MedTech industries. Our focus: developing sustainable products that deliver ecological benefits while performing reliably in everyday use.
We combine our strengths in pharmaceutical packaging expertise and molded fiber technology. The result is solutions that can be integrated into existing packaging processes with minimal effort and have already proven themselves in pilot projects.
The trays are made from responsibly sourced fibers, are PFAS-free, and fully recyclable. Thanks to modern manufacturing using the wet-molded fiber process, they offer high stability, precision, and surface quality, comparable to plastic solutions. At the same time, features such as reliable de-nesting and stable geometries support efficient processing on automated lines.
