With a new look at CPHI
Faller Packaging’s exhibition stand at CPHI in Milan (6 to 8 October) will also focus on the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The trade fair also marks an important step in the further development of Faller Packaging’s market positioning. At Booth 11F93 in Hall 11, the company will not only be showcasing its new look, it will also present its complex packaging solutions for sensitive primary products such as auto-injectors, syringes and vials, as well as pre-assembled combination packs comprising a folding carton and a leaflet. This concept combines two components in a single packaging unit, helping to streamline processes on the packaging line, reduce set-up times and minimise potential sources of disruption. As a result, production becomes more stable and efficient.
Another key feature at the trade fair will be the PrePackaging Service. Faller Packaging handles selected packaging stages off the production line and delivers pre-assembled folding cartons with inlays directly to the pharmaceutical company for further processing. The approach allows special configurations, small batches and packaging that cannot be produced on a production line to be integrated efficiently into existing production structures. In particular, the service provides targeted support in situations where small batch sizes, frequent changeovers or manual processes reduce OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), or where the manufacturer simply lacks production lines.
